The opening date slips. The rent doesn’t.
Your handover date is written into the contract, with a written report against it every week. If we hand over late, we pay you a daily penalty of AED 2,000 to 25,000, based on project size.
Five subcontractors, and nobody in charge.
One main contractor. Fit-out, joinery, MEP and landscaping are our own teams, under one contract and one project manager.
The site sits idle waiting for approvals.
We file and follow the authority approvals and landlord NOCs ourselves, from the first drawings to the completion certificate.
